3. Account Registration
To access certain features of our services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Use License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for your internal business purposes. This license does not include:
- Modifying or copying our materials
- Using materials for commercial purposes or public display
- Attempting to reverse engineer any software
- Removing any copyright or proprietary notations
- Transferring materials to another person or "mirroring" materials on any other server
5. Fees and Payment
You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of our services as described in your service agreement. Fees are:
- Due in accordance with the payment terms in your agreement
- Non-refundable except as expressly stated

- Exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for paying

- Ultimate responsibility for compliance rests with the employer

8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by One Global Payroll and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Global Payroll shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Service interruption or computer damage
- Cost of substitute services
- Any damages arising from your use of our services
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless One Global Payroll and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the services will cease immediately
- We may delete your account and data
- Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
